Blue Fescue. A densely tufted evergreen grass with narrow inrolled silvery blue; arching leaves; panicles of silvery blue flowers; fading to brown as they seed. Max Height 30cm. Max Spread 45cm. Flowers May to June. Full sun. Hardy. Water thoroughly before planting.
